A massive thankyou for Steve Ancliff, for sorting out my Structural Approval for building regulations after removing a wall and putting in a supporting beam. From start to finish Steve was very professional & punctual Really explained his intentions and what work he would need to carry out and explain the cost in detail and the full procedure. Everything was delivered on time when he said it would
