Dale is by far one of the best multi skilled tradesmen I’ve come across. He can plaster, plumb, gas fit, kitchen fit - you name it, Dale can turn his hand to anything.

Dale was plastering my master bedroom at the same time I was having a bathroom fitted.

The bathroom fitters did a terrible job and left the radiator obscuring the door from closing.

Dale assessed the issues when he finished the plastering in the master bedroom and gave an extremely good price to snag the bathroom and move the radiator over so it fitted.

In addition to this dale was on hand to offer advice and a I’ve called on him to carry out other work around my house.

He’s a very knowledgeable and hard working. I would not hesitate in recommending Dale to anyone who’s undertaking any type of home improvement.

I would definitely be asking Dale to help with any future projects.

Constructional Developments and Dale in particular are absolutely amazing. Dale came out to give me a quote on getting a new bathroom put in. He took out the old bathroom, tiled and put in a new bath, shower, toilet, sink and bathroom cabinet. He also removed the old artex, plastered and painted the ceiling and walls. Overall, the job has been expertly done for a very reasonable price. He was on time, clean, efficient and worked to a very high standard. I really recommend this company.

Dale helped me with my gutters and a loose tile on my roof. Both were done very efficiently, he explained exactly what was needed and did a fab job with both. Would deffo recommend! No messing, just trustworthy work
