We used CSS to remove an integral garage ceiling, as well as an ancient oil boiler and its flue which went through the loft and roof. From the start, Mark and all the team were very thorough and professional and we were confident they had done an excellent job (they even drill out every nail hole in the joists). The precautions they took were impressive (fully sealed area, decontamination tunnel, onsite shower, etc). The site was independently assessed for asbestos on both visits (both passed) and the inspector said CSS were 'very good to work with'. I agree. For a domestic job, it is very expensive but Mark didn't push us into full removal and suggested alternatives during the initial meeting.
Recommended without reservation.

From start to finish a very efficient, friendly and professional service. My two shops were surveyed on the same day, with Grant the surveyor giving full and informative information about what he was doing and why. The resulting reports are illustrated and easy to understand. I would highly recommend.

Arranged for them to come and sample a part of the old garage roof. They sent someone over that same day.
Pretty quick turnaround from coming to sample to sending certificate a day or two after.
Highly recommended and will be phoning them again in the near future.
