Could Erica,Jenny or Nick actually reply to our emails regarding my late grandfather's will, Harry Marshall. You are now keeping hold of our funds and not even corresponding, absolutely disgusting behaviour from solicitors. Edit, they are chasing an enquiry about capital gains tax which apparently should have been followed up in December, my grandfather would be turning in his grave. Erica Bassett and your sidekicks really need to sort this out, the longer you hold our funds the more your expenses will be. Atrocious service.

Attended an appointment today to be told the appointment was yesterday. I know I made the appointment for today,
I said this was a mistake on their part as I worked 12 hours yesterday and would never make an appointment on a work day.
