We started with some thoughts and ideas that needed developing; Corporate Architecture helped is with expert input, a few constructive challenges, and great expertise do arrive at a polished and completed design for our self build house. Their input was essential for attention to detail, and the organisation for the planning application was slick and efficient, so that we had a fairly radical design passed without resort to the planning committee. Overall we could ask no more, and would definately use them again if the need arisies.

Communication through out the planning & build process was excellent. Due to the development being a Class Q conversion a number of site meetings were required, with the Planning Authority, which Malcom facilitated. The house which included GSHP/ MVHR / Solar PV/ UFH & manifold plumbing, was entered into the PROCON awards and was selected for the Final -
