I employed CPPC bulders to build me a rear extension and to covert our loft. I must say that Carl his team did a great job.
The communication with me was exceptional and the workers were very proffesional,respectful and super tidy.
The work was completed ahead of time and within the budget aswell. I would happily recommend these guys to all my friends and family ..

Carl and his team carried out renovation works on my office extension which, to be honest, was a real mess - damp (extremely damp!), everything wired into the lighting circuit for the house (so there was no heating and it was REALLY cold!) and the roof and windows were leaking. It could only be described as a health hazard...

They replaced the roof, blocked up the back door (which I never used because it was too difficult to open), removed a wall to make two rooms into one, reploaced the consumer unit (which was about 50 years old) and completely rewired the office, replaced the window and added french doors, repaired, rendered and repainted the outisde of the building, screeded the floor and laid vinyl flooring, plasterboarded and decorated throughout. I have to be honest and say that I did change a few things as the works progressed, but nothing was an issue and the whole team were professional, friendly and respectful.

I now have a lovely bright office to work in, with a view out to the garden, which has plenty of space for a couple of people to work in.

The whole process was simple from start to finish - the works took a total of about 5 weeks and was definitely a job well done; on time and on budget (even with my changes).

I would absolutely recommend CPPC Building Contractors for any building work you are thinking of - the whole team were a pleasure to work with and I look forward to using them again in the future.

The main question is “Would I use CPPC again?” Absolutely I would!! From start to finish a truly professional job in converting my one bedroom first floor maisonette into a two storey, three bedroom flat. Carl kept me up to date and helped manage the twists and turns of a complicated build, including ensuring compliance with building regulations. I was consulted and advised on changes to get best value for money and promptly updated on costs for additional items that I thought of along the way so there were no surprises at the end of the project. I’m looking forward to the next opportunity to work with the CPPC team again.
