I engaged Crag Top roofing for a full re-roof following a recommendation from my neighbour, who had previously used Olly and his team. The team were professional and courteous on-site, and the work was completed to a high-level of quality. It is good to have tradesman who take pride in their work. Throughout the job Olly kept me updated with photographs and invited me on to the roof at several points during the project so I could see close up the work they had completed (I appreciate not everyone will want to climb on their roof!) I’d have no hesitation in engaging them again.

Olly and team came to fix an issue with a leaking chimney. It didn't fully fix the job, so we asked them about getting the full roof done (with no blame about the first job not working - it's an old roof!) and we've been fully ghosted. No response to calls to the business number, no response to the voicemail I've left and I've been left on "read" on WhatsApp.
Really confusing and sad from our side because he gave us a quote for a new roof, too. We really wanted the job done by them.

Olly and his team were a total pleasure to work with - excellent communication right from initial enquiry, inspecting the roof/documenting the issues and providing a quote, right through to completion of the works. We were given regular updates and provided with photographic evidence throughout the process which was reassuring. All team members were polite and courteous - we really appreciated that they were sweeping up regularly to keep our paths safe and clear too! Our roof has been repaired to a high standard for a really fair price - thanks to all at Crap Top for making something really stressful feel relatively relaxed and easy! Would definitely use their services again.

Really pleased with all aspects of the job Olly and his team completed on our house. We had leadwork, tiling, Velux fitted and guttering all done, and are delighted with the finished job. The team were very nice guys to have at the house, they had very constructive ideas, and nothing was a problem to them. Olly was very responsive, he was always communicating when they would be on site, and was quick in organising the quote. Happy to recommend Crag Top to anyone who wants any form of roofing completed.

Olly and the lads replaced my roof July 22. Excellent service and value for money on a tricky roof. Olly Used his connections to arrange for my solar panels removing and replacing before and after and even installed pigeon nets afterwards to keep out noisy squatters. No job or request too small for these lads. Ask for the swearing and shirtless men as per the previous review what a load of nonsense. Thanks Olly.
