Crago Moves were fantastic. From initial contact to the day of the move, they were on the ball. Becca was brilliant whenever I phoned. Amar was very professional on first contact and Dave ,Stuart and Tom were great on the day. They clearly knew what they were doing, nothing was too much trouble, they were respectful of our home and property. Highly recommend, a great team.

These guys were excellent. Easy to book the date I needed to move. Turned up exactly on time and moved everything swiftly and safely. Had a great experience with Crago Moves. They were brilliant at every stage, very good to deal with. They quoted for the job without any hassle, and the price was reasonable. Good availability to move when required, and planned the day very well. The movers on the day Tom and Zak were really excellent. They worked extremely hard and efficiently and got the job done swiftly and effectively. There were some fragile items they took special care of, which suffered no damage. Thoroughly recommend Crago Moves to anyone planning a move.

I cannot recommend Crago moves highly enough! Very professional service. Becca was great in arranging everything, and Tom and his colleagues were just great on the day. They made me feel at ease, and took care with all my items when loading the van. Nothing was too much trouble. I would certainly use them again. Worth every penny!

My sister died this summer and I needed to have her flat cleared. Crago Moves were recommended and I couldn’t be more impressed. The flat was extremely cluttered but this didn’t phase the Cragos team. They explained that anything worth selling would be sent to the local auction house and that I would be sent the proceeds. Amongst all the “stuff” the Cragos team found lots that was saleable and my sister’s estate received about £1000 from Lays Auctions. I live 350 miles away from Penzance and had the worry of what to do with it all taken away. I feel that Cragos were trustworthy and did a great job and, although the bill for the clearance was, justifiably, high the return from the auction really helped.
I would definitely recommend this company to anyone else in my position.

From Becca in the Office to Tom, Jack & Zak on the day of my move I cannot thank them enough. Very professional. My move was a nightmare and they were very supportive although I was probably the worst customer they could wish for, constantly changing the goalposts. They dealt with it all so calmly. On the day of my move Tom, Jack, & Zak just came in and took all the worry from me organising everything and careful with my belongings. Before I knew all loaded and they were on the road. I was recommended this company and I happily with confidence would use them again and recommend them to my family and friends. Five stars all the way.
