We arranged a Level 3 survey with Cre8. Will did a really thorough job and the detailed report gave us great insight into the property including knowledge about building materials and practices used that we wouldn’t otherwise know about. The report has been really useful during the purchase process and will continue to be used as a reference point in the future.

Brilliant and smooth service provided by Cre8. Initially, we were unsure which type of home survey to progress with. Speaking with Will, he provided us clear and concise advice to determine which type was best for us.

Cre8 arranged access to the property, leaving us to concentrate on other matters.

Excellent service from Will at CRE8. We were looking to buy an older property with our daughter for her to live in. We had a homebuyers survey done on one property. Will phoned me the same day with a verbal report. After discussion with him it was obvious that the property had too many major faults for the price being asked and with our limited budget we could not continue as the vendors would not reduce the price. Will refunded me some of the fee as I only had a verbal report which was very good of him. The next property was much better and Will produced a comprehensive verbal report the same day and a written report a few days later outlining some of the repairs which needed to be done and jobs for our solicitors to chase up. Excellent service all round.

As a first time buyer I had absolutely no idea what to expect with a home survey. I rang a couple of places and Cre8 was of the lower price range (not the cheapest) but had the best reviews and now I know why.

Will was honest when I explained our situation that the house wasn't old but hadn't been looked after by the Tennants living there.

He advised the level 2 survey would be most appropriate. It was all arranged swiftly and for some reason the estate agent hadn't told him about the detached (and in a slightly inconspicuous place). Will then offered to go back a different day and assess this for us and did so.

The report - what can I say! It is so detailed and as somebody who doesn't understand building terms Will calls you and gives you a verbal summary and explains everything thoroughly so that you understand. Then the full report followed within 3 days!

I wouldn't hesitate to use Cre8 or Will again and would highly recommend. It is definitely worth paying a little extra for this outstanding service.

I would just like to start by saying Will is the most down to earth and friendly person you will have the pleasure of meeting, he has recently competed a survey on me and my wife’s house to be (well hopefully) and I can’t fault his services, he came back to me a day after completing the survey with a verbal report and just a few days after that we received the survey report, the report itself was fantastic as it had all the details we could have ever wanted, possibly saving time and money in the future. Wills prices are fair and his service excellent! I had a professional builder come over to look at the property and give us a quote on the work that needs to be done on the property, in his own words (“In all my years of being on the job I’ve never came across such a detailed and proper survey”) Very happy! We will definitely be using Wills services in the future.
