We chose Crescent to build our new sunroom extension, replacing an old conservatory, and also to remove an internal wall between existing kitchen and dining room. We selected Crescent after obtaining quotations from a few top construction companies. We are delighted with the end result, the quality of workmanship is very high throughout, and we would definitely recommend Ryan and his team - from Nicola and Iain in the office to Andy, Craig, and Alex and also the other equally professional electrical and plumbing sub-contractors on site. Crescent liased well with our chosen kitchen company and window/sliding door suppliers to make the whole process smooth.

I couldn’t recommend CBC more highly. They converted our 1 bed flat into a 2 bed, 2 bath with open plan kitchen living, and the result is better than we could’ve hoped for. Their attention to detail ensured elements were thought of that neither I nor the architect had caught.

Ryan and his team extensively refurbished and extended our home in South Edinburgh - the quality of workmanship was excellent - they took changes - inevitable in any refurb project - in their stride - they completed to programme and the costs were reasonable . Crescent won the project following a competitive tender process - I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again - and would simply negotiate a contract direct.

I didn’t know what to expect having never done a project like this before but Crescent Building Contractors have been truly amazing! Nobody loves living through a building project but these guys felt like part of the family by the end of our year-long project. Highly recommended. Very professional. Kept to budget. Managed their sub-contractors. Handled changes to the plan without grumbling. Very easy to deal with and we are delighted with the result.
