Dreadful service. David truly is an arrogant, unaccountable and unapologetic individual. Tasked him with planning and overseeing a project at my home. No building control visits were planned or organised, leaving me, 6 years later, unable sell my home and having to have the project redone to satisfy the regulations, as CRL and the builders had neglected to install floor insulation. His reaction to this has been nothing short of disgusting, and bordering on mockery.

Just for clarification purposes, I have had quite a few problems with David Cook’s approach and service, this has just been the event that tipped me over the edge.

David, you’re a joke.
