We had a fantastic experience developing our design with Vicki and her team. She totally understood what we were trying to achieve and how we want to use our space and live. There was no pressure at the design stage and if we wanted to change something there was good discussion and no issues about changing the design. She is a good listener and has a proactive attitude and a great way of 'coaching you through it.' We are delighted with the end result and fully recommend the services of Cross and Craig. We would also recommend their procurement services as through this we landed with the right builder for us and our build.

We worked with Vicki on our self build, knocking down an existing house to replace it. She managed the process from initial drawings through to build completion. Initially we chose Cross & Craig because they listened to what we wanted and based the design around that, rather than other firms whom we felt were trying to force their designs onto us. We had a very smooth design process with various iterations until we settled on the final design. We went through two tender processes until we found a builder/ price we were happy with. Throughout the build C&C kept an eye on the builder and signed off the regular draw downs. Finally they supported with the snagging and completion certificate. An excellent service.

We have been working with Cross & Craig over the last 20 years. Mike & Vicki have extensive knowledge of the Solihull and surrounding area and have a great understanding of the best approach when submitting applications to achieve the best results. We have worked on smaller 4 bed semi-detached properties to large bespoke contemporary new builds, also properties in rural areas including conservation areas where often a more sympathetic approach and design is required. The results have always been superb. I would highly recommend Cross & Craig, for home improvements, renovations, self builds or developers. You will receive good friendly & knowledgeable advice, and as much help as you need with your project.

Vicki and her team understood my vision for our own home and translated it into a unique design that we loved and was approved by the planners. Not long after starting work, the builder walked off site, leaving me to manage the project myself with no experience. Vicki explained my health and safety / Building Regulations obligations, helped me break the work into sub-contract packages, checked each phase of work was completed properly, guided and supported me through the process, even out of work hours, to ensure my vision was realised. It was very reassuring to know my best interest was her absolute priority. We are very pleased with the build and grateful for Vicki's management and input and would not have any one else doing this for us. Highly recommended.
