Having building work done at home is never easy. Working with Tom at Crown Construction made the process a lot easier. Tom is great to work with, he is friendly, helpful and reliable. We had a few complications to overcome and Tom is knowledgeable, creative and have a very good eye for details. I would not hesitate to engage Crown Construction again for any future project.

Tom and his team from Crown Construction renovated our downstairs, knocking down walls, sealing / creating new doorways, new kitchen, flooring, lighting etc. As first time renovators, it is always a nervous prospect, particularly when you hear of various horror stories. Crown were absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process. From transparency and fine tuning of the estimate, clarity on over/under spends, incredibly professional and courteous workforce and a beautiful finished product. Tom has a great eye for detail and quality of finish, additionally he would happily share his experience in dealing with other parties e.g. glazing and flooring. Thank you Tom - we hope to get you back again one day!

Crown Construction are a conscientious and considerate building company in Surrey. I could not have been more happy with our hip to gable loft conversion build. Crown Construction recently completed an infill extension at the front of our property to create a downstairs toilet and larger hallway. We couldn't be happier with the results and Tom has been fantastic through the entire process. What first impressed me what that the initial quote was broken down line by line so we had complete visibility of all the costs up front and these didn't change. The communication throughout has been excellent, and we've been delighted with the standard of work delivered by all the trades involved. Tom and Andre in particular are very professional, considerate and great at coming up with solutions when any unforeseen challenges arise.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Crown Construction to anyone and they'll certainly be my go-to builders for any future work.

Crown have recently designed and delivered my extension. From start to finish they were a dream to work with.
- Everything was explained clearly and Tom suggested things I had forgotten or improvements to my ideas throughout.
- Tom, Connor & team were enthusiastic, incredibly friendly, polite, considerate.
- All work was completed to a very high standard, and the build site was very tidy and clear of rubbish throughout
- It was clear the team were experienced and skilled
- The team were always happy to answer my questions, give me advice and even helped out with a few other bits not included in their scope.
- From quoting to final payment, the money owed did not differ at the end of the project, unless i'd selected a more premium product or finish.
- The finished product was completed to a seriously high standard, and everything works perfectly

I'm so happy with the finished product, top quality build and crew, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend for any size build projects. I’d certainly hope they would manage any future construction projects of mine!
