Needed plans drawn up to remove two walls, so that we can have an open plan kitchen diner.
This company were so professional from our first call to them, to the end drawings, well there isn’t anything I could say , how to improve, I would say , just don’t change..
I will post photos when the task has been completed..

I used Crucis Designs to do a small bit of work on a property I was purchasing in Essex and they were very quick and easy to work with and produced a professional drawing of the structural work needed and a supporting report. Would use again in the future if needed.

Found Crucis very helpful before and after the initial site visit. Throughout the design stage they were really helpful to close out all queries and issues raised by myself and the builder which helped expedite issues and pushed the design through on time. The information output was hugely useful for the builder, was very thorough and clear.
After the design was concluded the Crucis team helped with dealing with Build over agreement and party wall queries raised. They were also keen to have phone calls to catch up on any issues raised.
Would strongly recommend the team at Crucis with your project if you are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Engineering company who are friendly and provide a service above and beyond.

Alice was great - when we encountered some unexpected discrepancies between her plans and the structure of our house (only obvious once the wall had come down), she came out for another site visit on the day and quickly amended the designs so the work could continue. This was very helpful, as the whole project would have otherwise been held up (at great cost to us). She also liaised with our builder on several points. We really appreciated Alice's prompt revision and would recommend Crucis to others.

Quick and efficient response. Easily booked a time slot for the structural engineer to come out. When he did, he was very polite, nice and quick and efficient. Following his visit the technical drawings came through promptly. Excellent service overall and would recommend.

DO NOT USE. I needed a structural report & deisgn for a internal wall and chimney removal. Crucis Designs Ltd happily visited the property and carried out an inspection. However, the designs they produced were completely unworkable and would have cost 300% more than the actual solution that was designed by a different structural engineer. They refused to have any communication with the builder especially when it was pointed out how impractical the suggested work would be.
