Very pleased with the service I received. I instructed a level 3 survey which took place within a timescale I was happy with. Glenn called me for an hour on the day of the survey and gave me a very open and honest debrief of his findings. One week later I received the full report which was very detailed and included photos of problem areas as well as additional items for me to consider. Glenn highlighted a myriad of items that I hadn't noticed myself. All in all, the price is worth every penny for the reassurance it brings!

Mr Cryer was amazing, arrived promptly and carried out a thorough Level 3 RICs survey prior to us buying. The report was well presented and detailed. It was my first time using Cryer, and I am very impressed with their professionalism and thoroughness. Glenn conducted a meticulous inspection of the property and provided a comprehensive, 89-page Level 3 building report. Additionally, Glenn called me on the day of the survey to give an overview of his findings.
