I cannot express enough how thrilled I am with the exceptional service provided by C&S Construction (Bourne) Limited. From the outset, I knew I had made the right choice in selecting them for our building project. Chris and Stuart, the owners, demonstrated a level of professionalism and pragmatism that immediately put me at ease.

The scope of the project was extensive, involving relocating our ground floor toilet, building a new office for my work-from-home setup, and converting a 40 square meter garage into an open plan kitchen/family room. Throughout the entire process, Chris and Stuart kept me well-informed, providing regular updates on progress and discussing the next steps and any decisions that needed to be made.

The quality of their workmanship is truly outstanding, and I was impressed to find the building area left clean and tidy at the end of each working day. They are not only highly skilled but also courteous and reliable, arriving promptly at 8 am every morning. Additionally, they efficiently managed the building control aspects, ensuring that all necessary approvals and sign-offs were obtained.

Not only did C&S Construction complete the work to the highest standard, but they also stayed right on budget with no unexpected overspend, which was a refreshing surprise. It was evident that they take pride in their work and strive for customer satisfaction.

C&S construction have completed a number of projects at our period property over the last few years. These have ranged from roof work, flooring, boot room, and a complete strip back refurbishment of a large portion of the house. The attention to detail and thought that goes into each project is second to none. Chris has an eye for picturing the outcome and considers all the details required well before they are realised. Our house was a significant challenge and threw a lot of curve balls their way, but they always found a way. I would highly recommend C&S for any building project, especially when you need sound advice and care about the detail. There's not a lot these guys don't know about wood, roofs and coffee!
