Jason’s services came highly recommended to us by friends who had nothing but great words to say about Jason’s professionalism, attention to detail and knowledge. I am glad to say this is everything we experienced and more. As first time buyers the world of home surveys was new to us, Jason answered every call quickly ( which is amazing as other surveyors we got quotes from didn’t) and took the time to explain to me in detail the difference between the Homebuyer Survey levels. We decided to go for a Level 3 survey , Jason called me straight after the Survey to give me a basic run down of the property which was amazing and put me at ease. Jason returned a nearly 40 page highly detailed and easy to read survey to us less than a week later, this survey allowed us to renegotiate our offer and save us a lot of money ! We have found Cubed Property Advisors while looking for a registered surveyor on the RICS website.
We have contracted some builders to build an extension last year that showed many issues and we needed a surveyor to help understand the full extent.

Jason Parkin was our surveyor. He is very knowledgeable and passionate about his work and noticed issues with the build (that we didn’t see) as soon as he stepped in the house.
We are grateful for the help and guidance he offered in dealing with the aftermath of a disastrous home improvement experience.
