I have used Cummings Architects for two jobs. The first, a two storey extension, enlarging two rooms and creating a further two. His plans were particularly well detailed, with a thorough spec of materials required, which i found particularly helpful in ensuring the build was constructed to plan.
The second was submitting a complicated planning application to Sunderland City Council. In this instance it was clear the Planning officers had a good working relationship with Greame, which resulted in a swift and successful outcome.
