James from Cuppa helped me with a renovation of an end terrace house. We took it from a small kitchen, separate dining room, and sunroom to one large open plan kitchen dining area! It looks wonderful. James was brilliant so friendly, efficient and knowledgeable, from concept, drawings, building control, the whole journey. I would 100% recommend him to anyone and when I need an architect again I will not hesitate to return.

From the first meeting with James the process of a major property refurbishment became more straightforward! Having bought a house in a conservation area with no flow to the downstairs we knew we had a lot of work on our hands and we were a little overwhelmed. James somehow understood and translated our ideas into plans and added ideas and suggestions of his own to elevate the outcome. There was time for tweaking the plans and further exchange of ideas before submitting for planning. James dealt with all planning applications and provided drawings our builder said were amongst the best he’d seen. The result is our dream home which is everything and more that we could have wished for.
