We have used Owen and his team for two house extensions. We have been thoroughly impressed both times. Owen went out of his way to meet our needs and keep us updated at all stages throughout our build by clear communication. We are well aware that complex building projects can throw up surprises eg. what was under our floor boards. Owen and his team dealt with these situations with a calm and professional manner and were able to explain our options and deliver the best results. Very little snagging - all dealt with quickly and with very little fuss. The team were always on time, worked hard and a pleasure to have around. We would highly recommend Cutting Edge. The fact we have used them twice (10 years apart) says it all!

Owen and team recently completed a building project for me involving an attic conversion and porch and i am delighted with the results. He took time to fully understand our requirements and through his extensive experience and creativity was able to suggest several small improvements to the design which really made a difference. Owen was absolutely brilliant. He converted an old conservatory into a big open plan kitchen diner. Despite the fact that the price he quoted us was before all the prices for building materials went up post-covid he still managed to pretty much stay in budget. He was very easy to talk to and discuss things with. They did a super job and we couldn't be happier.
A few additional points:
-the people that work for/with Owen are really great people as well, really friendly, cheery and heart working
-The payment methods were really fair and it was great to know exactly what we were paying for.

I recommended cutting edge to my friends as well as my boss, that's the trust I would put in them
