We had a Hertalan roof installed on a new extension, the product had a 25 year guarantee, however, after a couple of years a small section of the roof lifted. DITT refused to take responsibility but patched it to our cost, we also paid someone else to put a lead seal where the roof joins the old house to prevent it from happening again. A year later the whole roof began to lift, after looking into it DITT had not followed the architect plans and applied a Hertalead finishing, water had sealed in here, reacted with the glue and lifted the roof. Again Neil tried to blame everyone else, refused to take responsibility and stopped answering emails. It seems we will have to pay someone else to fix the roof but will never use DITT again and warn everyone else not to use this company.
