DS Watson recently carried out tarmac work on our estate, but didn't give notice toany of the 7 properties on my road. The first thing we knew about our road being blocked for 4 days was when I tried to leave and was met with a barrier blocking the road. The site manager has admitted that they failed to notify any of the houses on my road.
