After being quoted for the extension and other works in autumn 2023, DAF Construction commenced work in late April 2024.

Declan’s company is a family business and had come highly recommended to me by two of my friends.

We have not been disappointed with his work and that of his brother Jordan.

They worked in all weathers and built our extension to a 1st class standard.

Declan’s attention to detail is fantastic and he bent over backwards to help.

His work consisted of demolishing an existing conservatory, building a new extension, creating a media wall, bricking up a door and window, demolishing an internal wall to create an open plan kitchen/diner, laying herringbone flooring throughout, removing an old and fitting a new kitchen, and fitting a new suite in the WC.

Declan is a complete professional and his knowledge is endless, nothing was too much trouble and his work transformed our house.

We will definitely have him back for future work both internally and in the garden.

We used DAF construction to renovate our downstairs living area. Including fitting a new kitchen, floor tiling, plumbing, electrics, skirting, doors, custom shelving etc. All the work Declan and Jason completed was to a very high standard and they made sure we were happy with all aspects of the job. They are extremely hard workers and will work late into the evening if necessary. Highly recommended.
