Dale Maintenance were contracted via my mother's insurance company to complete work on her home post flood. The work completed was of poor standard - kitchen extractor not fitted correctly, kitchen cupboards not finished etc. Nothing finished on time and poor communication. They didn't turn up for days when they planned to and didn't inform my mother of the progress unless chased. She's needed to have someone else come in and star from scratch putting in a bathroom that the plumbed completely botched - several leaks, toilet not fitted correctly, shower not fitted correctly, tiles put on awful. The new plumber said the work was horrendous.
Would not recommend this company to anyone and avoid at all costs.

Great communication, friendly service and fantastic work carried out. They came in to fix a collapsed kitchen ceiling, and some upstairs flooring and the results are seamless and exactly what we asked. Would absolutely recommend!

I had a wonderful experiece with Dale. I don't know where to start. Let me start with Mr.Garen Beard, his time to time cummunication towards the plan of work and finding the right material to finish the job is incredible. He got a very good team, they all a bunch of gems to Mr.Garen to complete the job in a very quick manner. The team is know very well about the job and to finish to the perfection. They drive extra miles for to complete the work to a perfect finish. All I can say Dale is a excellent company to carryout any house maintenance work. Thank you.

Dale Building Maintenance Ltd have been a trusted contractor at our site based in Torbay Devon for just under one year. From day one they have been excellent. Following site rules whilst working around our busy process environment. They have done no end of minor tasks I come up with like putting in armco barriers and repairing doors. They have also completed major works like renovating our staff shower facilities and raising sunken drains in areas that are difficult to work with, all tasks completed to a very high standard. They always come up with solutions to the problems I throw at them! They are very quick at responding to call outs and completing jobs in a timely fashion. Sean, Kaylen, Rob to name a few are always professional and friendly whilst at our site. I would recommend Dale maintenance for all different types of building work. 👷‍♂️

There Attitude is as good as there work looking at there reviews.

One of there vehicles has damaged the front of my garden when working in a neighbours. No respect what so ever.

I will be reporting this to the police to. The driver drove off in a hurry and had no regard for the damage on my property.

Shocking company. Insurance job that has gone on for months. They are unresponsive, unprofessional and seem to carry out work without any plans. Do not use if you can avoid. Couple of nice blokes that carry out the work, but the management seem an utter farce.

We had this firm allocated to our property for repairs in 2018, defects were later discovered and they came back to look. They totally bodged the kitchen units which left a gap in between the doors . They just moved the washing machine over to even the central gap, which opened up again after the first use of the washing machine. The shower developed black mould and the sealant on the worktop was missing. I was called to say that the operative would be coming back to do the worktop, but he insisted that the shower had been dealt with on his 1st visit ... which it wasn't. I rang his boss who said that they would not be coming back as he believed his worker not me! I have had a quote for the kitchen units and forwarded it, but they just just ignored the issue. I would never use this tin pot company nor would I ever recommend them!
