We appointed DAM Design & Build to undertake a significant kitchen extension and whole house refurbishment project for us over 2023/2024, out of 7 companies invited to tender for the works we were most impressed with their professionalism, knowledge, and approach. Their commitment to quality and perfection was clear from the outset and communication was fantastic, I know we were lucky to have such a great experience as there can be lots of pitfalls when appointing contractors for residential projects of this nature. After having a bad experience with a different contractor prior we couldn't be more pleased that we went with DAM D&B, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

This team are able to take any idea and make it a reality. The level of communication and clarity throughout the project life-cycle made every stage, including the hurdles, easy to navigate.

This was the first time carrying out extensive building works, we were given clear designs and 3D renders to visualise the finished product, and were updated constantly, while managing building control, regulations and project specifications with total professionalism and attention to detail.
