Can not rate Daniel any higher. Party wall agreement seemed to be a necessary evil, however on speaking to Daniel he gave initial fantastic advice and a fair quote for the work. On approving him to go ahead he kept us informed and worked very quickly, he made what could have been a relatively painful (and costly) experience into a very easy one and bang on his quote.
