Dan navigated the planning process efficiently on our bungalow remodelling and extension and provided appropriate advice and detailed plans, to capture a pleasing design, creating the lovely, sociable living space we hoped for. The design includes imaginative elements eg, enabling light to travel from the hall right through to the rear of the extension; the steel clad dormers are super contemporary.
Dan shows great attention to detail and has been helpful throughout when advice was needed, providing a very helpful inspection art the end of the project. He is quick to respond to queries and offers a very professional service.

Daniel produced all the plans for our extension and applied for planning permission for us which was a real comfort. He guided us through the whole process, including the engineer visit and pulling together a tender. We were especially pleased that he sent the tender to 3 of his recommended builders as we had no experience of who to use in the Ripon area. In 2021 when we approached Daniel processes were delayed due to Covid so it all took quite a long time, especially with the engineers report. Daniel was always responsive during this time which was very reassuring. Fortunately the builder we chose was able to start relatively quickly and we now have a beautiful new kitchen/dining/day room extension with bi-fold doors which makes the most of the views of our garden.

We started working with Dan back in 2019 on a complex rear kitchen extension with multiple roof levels. Dan understood what we wanted and produced an excellent design including many aspects we had not considered. During this phase we found him to be very accessible and nothing was too much effort. He also gave us great guidance on choice of builder, kitchen design, flooring etc. During the build phase he became a very useful sounding board for ideas and any challenges we encountered.
