I have used Shailender's services from DAP for two houses. Both extension plans were approved the first time without any queries and on time. That speaks for his quality of work. We are very happy with his services; he is very friendly, provides creative ideas, listens carefully to customer concerns, and makes appropriate suggestions about what will go through with the council or not.
He not only did the planning but also completed the structural and building control drawings. He provided an end-to-end service for us, and we highly recommend his services.

After a few refusals for us to get the application approved, he came around and kindly listened to what we have been through and gave us a great and humble explanation and guide on what we needed to do get this done.
