I worked with Darren back in 2021/2022. I had purchased an old 2 bed bungalow in dire need of renovation and expansion to make space for myself and my kids. He came as a recommendation from a local builder and being new to the area I went with it.

He was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. He was very receptive to my vision and created more than i could imagine.

Our planning application fell during covid which was a new experience taking it online and we were also faced with some reluctance from the locals. So straight away we had to tackle an appeal. Darren knew what was acceptable for us to push for and what not and I believe is the reason that we came away with our approval. His knowledge of the local area and the planning confines made this process so much easier.

On top of this, his architectural drawings are the best I have seen. The build went so much smoother because of his attention to detail and going above and beyond what was necessary in terms of technical drawings.

I would highly recommend Darren to anyone looking for someone to help bring their vision to life.
