Whilst I can't comment on value (this being our first conversion!), we engaged David's service for the planning drawings and application stage.

We found David to be clear, concise and really helpful throughout the process.

The initial drawings gave us some suggestions internally that we wouldn't have thought about ourselves and the application process was well-managed, with David keeping in constant communication with the council's planning office to ensure there weren't any problems.

We also appreciated the fact that David wasn't ever pushy or 'salesy' which we had somewhat anticipated, so that was a huge bonus.

Planning permission has been granted first time around, so thank you David!

Working with David has been a real pleasure. He designed us a stunning addition to our home, really listened to what we wanted, and guided us through the process from start to finish. The completed project is practical, incredibly beautiful, and we have been left with lovely open views across our garden.
