I have had a number of quotes over the last couple of years for architectural work for our planned extension. In the end however I went with David as he was recommended to me by a local structural engineer.

David was extremely professional when he came out to view my house and came up with a number of really good ideas with the design.

During the process of design, planning, building regs etc David was very helpful and it never felt like I was being too much of a pain or pest (although I am sure I was).

I would definitely use David again for any other architectural work and would 100% recommend David to my friends and family for any projects they have.

David Osborne was recommended by a friend who had been happy with his work. As our plans involved quite a lot of changes to our house and we wanted a fair amount of input and ideas we were keen to go with an architect rather than a technician. We definitely feel this was worthwhile. David’s quote was reasonable (for an architect) and he came up with a plan we are very happy with and more importantly that was approved by the planners even though the extension was larger than we thought we may be able allowed to build. David was always very responsive and happy to make changes and didn’t use requests for e.g. extra prints of the plans to add on lots of extra charges.
