We cannot recommend David (and Hayley) enough. Sadly we ended up needing more than one survey completing, but David was knowledgeable, honest and reliable. We had a RICS Level 2 survey and cannot fault the level of detail and speed of getting the reports back to us. I would highly recommend David and wouldn't hesitate to use him again (just hopefully not for a while)!

David and Hayley are lovely people! We had a survey done last week on a house we are looking to buy. We don't know the area well but Hayley and Dave have taken the time to talk through our worries, tell us about the area and made a really stressful time a little easier. The survey was completed within a short time from our request and at a very competitive rate. Dave called following the survey and gave us a run down of his findings. We had the report back a few days later and it was easy to navigate and understand.
