Visited today and waited outside as the agent was on the phone- ignored for several minutes. She opened the door and very abruptly asked what we wanted !
Prior to even letting us into the office she asked our position ( cash buyer) and how much we had to spend.
We sat down explained that we were interested in 4 beds she said she only had 3 beds and she represented Barrett. We asked where the David Wilson agent was and she said maybe opening the show home. Told us we could wait but wouldn’t attempt to contact her and no timeline given. Didn’t take contact details, totally dismissive rude and unprofessional.
Seeing as I have been receiving many emails from David Wilson with various offers I would have expected some effort and at least an attempt at customer services from the sales rep.
If this is the standard of customer care at the start just as well we are aware and will spend our money elsewhere.
Disappointing a wasted journey for us and a lost potential sale for David Wilson !
