Slow, not cheapest and under delivered on proposal.

For a residential extension, took 7 weeks to complete sketches/calculations (some delay expected as over xmas period), invoiced immediately then took on average of 2 weeks to initially reply to each query and 7 weeks to then resolve them. DBS made a basic error for the Anglian Water agreement producing an inappropriate design that was immediately rejected. DBS were reluctant to change to an alternative design at their expense. Challenging the proposal/fee/timings resulted in arrogance and additional deliberate delays.

Update 01/2023: Approached DBS, asked for help with additions and updates to the original drawings to reflect subsequent build changes. DBS promptly replied "Unfortunately, due to current workload, we are unable to help at this time." . Was this the assessed process improvement from reviewing events?
