Whilst visiting the new Forest with my family this week I had the misfortune of suffering a puncture. By good fortune I noticed as I was nearing Dawson Engineering in Burley. I popped in and asked if they could help. They said they would and even suggested a lovely spot for me to take my two young children for a bite of lunch whilst they dropped everything to change my tyre. On my return I tried to pay and they refused! What could have been a real pain turned out to be the smallest issue thanks to them and more importantly really restored my faith in human nature! Thank you guys so much for being so kind and so awesome!
