The plan for my extension was produced quickly and all the "tweaks" I asked for were promptly dealt with by Ben. My questions were also dealt with quickly, even when Andrew was "out of office" on some occasions, and he was most helpful even when I decided to add solar panels after planning permission had been obtained. He also helped me find an excellent builder. I am very pleased with the service I received and am happy to recommend DBD.

This is a brilliant company.
After initially emailing Andrew the plot we had he gave us full breakdown of the pros and cons of the area and more or less a full feasibility study of the situation before we had even meet up.
There's always someone available to answer the phone and quite often Will or Ben can answer the questions but if not Andrew will get back to very quickly.
Recently we needed to define some boundaries and Andrew managed to do this at very short notice despite being fully committed elsewhere
There are very few companies that will give this service especially with the knowledge and expertise they have.

We found Andrew and the team via a google search and as they were just down the road it made sense to make contact. Andrew advised on and submitted plans for additional items to our new home which was a barn conversion with no permitted development rights. Andrew clearly knows his stuff, was measured in his advice and very patient with the various questions we asked. His plans were clear and well presented and whilst I suspect a simple exercise for Andrew we are delighted at the end result which was all matters approved something we were less than sure of at the beginning.
