Here's why I highly recommend Dean & H and wouldn't go anywhere else:
First class communication - about costs, timings, anything unexpected, and even keeping the neighbours informed.
Quality work throughout and can accommodate non-standard requests - our extension was an unusual shape to fit the space with a tapering room, and a laundry chute install.
Super polite, tidy and trustworthy - we felt happy for them to let themselves in and get on with it and they were mindful of our lively kids at every step.
Very helpful advice - from the initial access idea, to potential cost savings, and even style points.

Dean and 'H' recently built a hall extension at our house in Gurnard. They did a superb job and we are really pleased with it. We would highly recommend Dean for the quality of his work and also the way that they work which is very accommodating. They were perfectly happy to put up with our fussy requirements! Dean and H also laid a new engineered wood floor in our hall and did an excellent job of that as well!

Dean and his team built us a garden office building of the highest quality. From the outset his communication and advice was first-class, and this was a hallmark of the entire project. His team were punctual, worked extremely hard, and kept us posted at every stage as to their progress. Dean's communication in particular is noteworthy, and he provided regular updates and information. The quality of the building is far in excess of anything we could have bought pre-fab, the standard of workmanship and attention to detail is exceptional, and we are delighted with the finished result. All his additional contractors were managed to the same high standard. Genuinely cannot recommend highly enough, and would immediately go to Dean again for future work.

Dean and his team completed a garage conversion for us and it was finished to a very high standard and on time too. Dean kept us informed the whole time with progress and was happy to do extra bits and to make changes along the way so that the room was perfect for us. All the other tradesmen who were involved were very professional and Dean organised everyone at the right time so we didn't need to worry about a thing. Everyone involved was friendly and a pleasure to have working in our home. We would not look anywhere else for any future work.

Dean has just completed a 13 week project to demolish and rebuild an extension, fit our kitchen including flooring, undertake ground floor alterations which included converting our old kitchen into a downstairs shower room, creating a utility room, reconviguring doors, windows and decorating to create an exceptional space for us.
From the initial contact through to completion Dean and his trades people are the epitomy of professionalism and the quality of their workmanship is outstanding. Dean project managed the entire build from start to finish, engaging with us, the architect, building control, suppliers etc problem solving and overcoming any issues promptly and appropriately, always keeping us informed. Dean and 'H' were always mindful that this was our home and kept disruption down to a mimimum.
We would highly recommend Dean and any of his trades people to anyone looking to extend, alter, renovate. Their work has exceeded our expectations and we now have an amazing space as a result. Thank you.

Dean and his team converted our garage to a bedroom with ensuite. Dean and his team were friendly, professional, punctual, hard working and considerate.The conversion is exactly what we hoped it would be, it was all completed within the timeframe given and we would highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to use him again

Full refurb of kitchen, new french windows, block up/create window openings with lintel , new part subfloor, plumbing, electrics, install all new kitchen units. All done on time eithin budget. Would definitely recommend these guys.
