We've been with Ling for the whole experience of our renovation, hip to gable and ground floor extension which is coming along lovely. She has made the process really easy for us. The planning process was extremely easy when Ling managed it and we had literally zero hiccups. She's always on hand to help with any questions we have and is very thoughtful in her follow-up visits to check on the progress of the work that we are now having with her plans that were very clear and concise from day one. We highly recommend Ling, the work she has done for us has been brilliant! We wanted to carry out extensive improvements to our home involving a new extension and substantial interior alterations. We had ideas in our minds of what we were looking to achieve but we were seeking inspiration. We tried a few firms who were frankly uninspiring. Then we found Deer Architects. We were impressed from day one, Ling was bursting with ideas and had a concept that would work for us. The process started with a conversation at our home, we outlined our ideas of what ideally, we would like to achieve. She captured our ideas perfectly and developed a design that would deliver a beautiful, fully functional family home. The design would bring in the gardens, create wonderful light and provide clear views of the spectacular nearby Welsh Mountains. The concept has driven the project forward but along the way Ling has introduced some truly inspiring ideas. Above all Ling listens and explains things clearly which has been really helpful.
