The block of flats in East London (in which I have just sold one) has been improved immeasurably since Emerson became our service manager. He was jointly appointed last year by the freeholder and our residents association and since then the whole environment has been ‘on the up’. He has also been easy to contact and easy to speak with. I heard about DeMoney Management from a friend at a critical time when a building of 30 flats, mine being one of them, desperately needed a change of management. Having interviewed three different companies DeMoney Management made the best impression.

Emerson has been in charge of the building now for 6 months and he has made incredible improvements, guided inspections, addressed all of our concerns and expectations, sorted out finances and ensured smooth day-to-day running of all things at the building.

Emerson has recently (3-4 months ago) taken over the management of our small block of 12 flats. Our previous management company, a larger firm, was a constant source of frustration due to their unresponsiveness and apparent lack of capacity to effectively manage our needs.

The difference is night and day. From the outset, Emerson has shown great dedication and responsiveness. He is directly involved in the management, and is always accessible, providing a much-appreciated personal touch that was sorely missing before.

In the short time since taking over, Emerson has helped to address several issues, including fixing a leaky roof and solving some electrical problems. For both issues he arranged for a number of quotes from contractors to ensure good value for money for leaseholders.

Emerson has a great approach to communication. We have a direct line to him via WhatsApp and email, and he is not only approachable but also genuinely concerned about our needs. It’s refreshing to see a management company that truly values its clients and prioritises their needs.

I thoroughly recommend Emerson and DeMoney Management to anyone seeking a reliable, efficient, and customer-centric property management service.
