We had two delivery's app 9 cubic meters. First was excellent and with an experienced driver (cleaned after his delivery) but the second delivery ( new & inexperienced driver) caused damage due to concrete splatter on our car that dried and was impossible to remove safely without damage when it had dried. One side of our car and the windscreen ( scratched when the wipers were used that same evening in pouring rain) are both damaged.
We had signed a waiver (so the truck could be near to the construction site) the waiver was due to the size of the, "mix on site" truck and the very heavy weight of the vehicle on a steep drive.

The company were happy to advise the new driver of our damaged car, so as not to be repeated again but they will not accept liability or reporation for the damage because of the signed waiver.

To anyone who are thinking of using this firm, be aware that signing the waiver exempts the company for any damage on any part of your property and this includes everything!!!
Be sure you know what you have signed...
