Wanted to buy one of their larger homes. But after a site visit and two phone calls the sales rep at Langley park did not have much of a clue. They wanted a 5% deposit almost £20,000 on a house that was not even built, and no “show” home to view. I wasn’t allowed to view the plot. Basically i was buying blind. I would have been a cash buyer as my current home was SSTC. I even offered to reserve with £1000, this was declined. Three weeks later I received a call to say the plot was sold, although website is still showing available. That’s customer service for you (not).

Lots of outstanding issues ongoing after two years. Unfortunately, they have now stopped communicating with us. Very disappointing. Can't recommend.

A cunning salesman and arrogant CEO of the company sold us down the river or so they thought, Promise of grandeur for the cost to us however shoddy workmanship and cheap fixtures and fittings, which will takes years to sort out, and they send a letter saying welcome to your dream home as far as we are concerned dream and nightmare go cap in hand.........
