Ian has been fantastic and exceptionally responsive and helpful as my partner and I tried to navigate a particularly tricky planning environment. We worked with Ian on a set of floor plans for a planning permission application, and I really cannot speak highly enough of him. He worked amazingly fast, and was also able to answer all the questions I had (from the sublime to the ridiculous!).
