From the first conversation with Lee I could tell he had a wealth of knowledge which made the seemingly daunting task of creating the designs and putting them through planning permission stress free. He answered any questions we had as well as listening to our ideas/concerns and was happy to alter the drawings to ensure we had the ideal design for our extension. He explained the whole process from initial design to approval being granted and managed each step on our behalf. I would recommend design living space for anyone who requires an architect.

Lee came out and spent a lot of his time to discuss everything that was involved and came up with ideas and suggestions I hadn't considered. He is clearly very experienced and knowledgable, and very down to earth and easy to talk to.

His plans were drawn up a couple of weeks later and incorporated everything we'd spoken about, and he included different options for me to consider before deciding which was best for me and for the property long term.
