We needed help with applying for planning permission for a conservatory. I filled in an online form to request help and Geremy was the first one to respond. We're so glad he did! His experience of planning regulations was invaluable and saved us time and money submitting a design which wouldn't have been approved. He took care of everything and responded quickly to my many questions. From start to finish Geremy has been fab and we're now looking forward to having a new extension! I employed Geremy ( Dixon Associates) to design, submit & deal with all correspondence for a new set of buildings for my business. This he did without any issues & dealt with all questions that the planning department could throw at us.
He was professional and polite, his drawings were excellent and he was very creative with his use of the space available.
The submission was approved and I am naturally very delighted, he kept me fully informed at all stages & I would have no hesitation in recommending Geremy for any architectural/ planning requirements you may have. He knows his job well & also suggests what is and what isn’t feasible. Having experience of dealing with Council Planning is I feel vital in this day and age and Geremy certainly has that. His fees are very reasonable and competitive.

Great service from start to finish; Geremy was easy to deal with and dealt with the matter of providing structural calcs for a relatively small job very promptly and efficiently and also sorted a couple of amendment in a highly professional manner.
