Trevor and his team have recently refurbished my downstairs bathroom, put in a new bannister on my staircase, fitted kitchen units and installed a new concrete post in the garden amongst other jobs. They tidy up afterwards and offer excellent value. I am really pleased with all the work they've carried out and would highly recommend them.

I just recently had some work done by D.J. Prescott builders.
I can’t tell you how happy I am.
They are thorough, detailed, and customer-oriented. I enjoyed working with the entire staff. They totally complement each other and work as a team. The entire project was so clean and they took great care of my home as they worked.
I sincerely recommend them and hope to have them back for other projects.

I have worked with Prescott builders for over 15 years and have always found their service to be 5 star. Every new house, whoever the builder, has some issues, that is the nature of crafting a unique property brick by brick but it is how you deal with it that matters. In my experience D.J.Precott builders are very responsive and professional unlike the majority of building companies out there which place profit far above reputation.

This is possibly the worst building firm in the East Riding. Do not buy a house from this company. Trevor Prescott is a rip-off merchant and dishonest cowboy builder who will stop at nothing to short-change you and leave you out of pocket. He has caused us 4 years (and counting) of hell with his substandard build quality, having cut numerous corners and refusing to put right the damage and mistakes made in the building process, causing us to incur thousands upon thousands in costs in an already overpriced house. Do yourself a favour and run a mile.
