From day one David has been incredible. He helped walk us through every stage and kept us really well informed, sent links & recommendations for all sorts

He listened to both our ideas, even if they were opposing, and found an idea we both loved. I love the design of our extension and the ideas David came up with for the things we really wanted (lots of natural light, ensuite etc) and the layouts of the rooms flow beautifully.

He was a huge help through the planning stage and worked tirelessly to get our plans approved, which they were, first time!

We're still mid-built so not quite the vision yet but even now, months down the line David is being incredibly helpful with questions or worries we have!

From the start David was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He gave us options for the services he could offer and turned our ideas for a one-bedroom apartment above the large garage into a detailed design. It has taken many frustrating months to get the plans passed by Colchester Council but David has navigated us through all the technical jargon. He has dealt with every request promptly and kept us fully informed. Unfortunately, our preferred builder is extremely busy and cannot start the work until next March. However, we are confident that David’s design will work well and look forward to the project being finished next May.
