We had a great experience working with Ben and the team at Domestic Designs. The whole design experience was fantastic. Seeing the 3D model that Ben produced really helped us to visualise how the inside and outside would look and having sessions with Ben where we could move things around and see the changes real time were invaluable in helping us to get the right design. Whenever we needed assistance with design aspects which arose as the build was underway Ben was more than happy to come onsite and his assistance was invaluable. We greatly appreciated all the support and the whole experience end to end was brilliant.

We knew nothing about planning a extension. We contacted Ben on recommendation and he took control of everything from design, submitting the application to the council and contacting the structural engineer all whilst keeping us updated throughout. I have recently used Domestic Designs for my building extension. Ben and his team are great and I loved the fact that I was provided with my drawings electronically and could use a free CAD app to see them in 3D. I could also give direct feedback through the app as well.

I had my own ideas for my extension, but Ben and his team came up with some great design features.

Domestic Designs have recently drawn up plans for our loft conversion and extension and submitted our planning permission application. They were professional and responsive, always able to answer queries quickly with clear and concise advice. Michael Goodyer visited our property within days of our initial enquiry and secured planning permission for our extension really quickly.
