We have just started out on our journey with Dove, but can't fault Derry and team so far. Communication has been top notch. We have talked through our requirements in terms of extension/re-model with Derry and the team have been to carry out detailed measurements. I'll review again when we are further into the design process. Would heartily recommend based on our dealings to date.

Both Derry and Carly have been brilliant. Engaging, polite and very knowledgeable. We spent some time discussing an upcoming new build project I am working on. Derry had some great ideas for improving the floor plans and end users experience while Carly asked great questions to probe on key interior design aspects. I am looking forward to working closely with Dove Interiors on this and forthcoming projects

We have used Dove to renovate our house and I can’t fault the service we received. We had issues with a previous architect, so it was refreshing to have an architect who really helped us along the way! We are mid build, and still receiving great service when we have questions. Thanks to the team!

Thank you so much to Dove Interiors, who did an absolutely wonderful job of redesigning our sitting room and snug. They made our space look better than I could ever imagine. My taste, but better!! They organised everything and were super helpful. I love my home now, where it hadn’t quite worked before. Definitely worth it.

Really disappointed.....perhaps I expected too much?
We are 9 months into a £450k extension of which Dove produced the drawings / initial spec for. A whole raft of mis-measures meant my builder had a number of issues to overcome from the offset....fortunately I employed a thorough and professional builder in A Bartlett (Northwich) who managed to manipulate the data to make the build work.
Derry has a real issue in responding to email communication. I even approached her for comment before posting this review as I wanted to be fair - no response - nothing - zip!!
Plus zero presence or interest in the build or the progress being made.
I was pursued by Dove to leave a google review.....unfortunately this is it.

Carly was fabulous! She really listened to what we were thinking and came back promptly with some brilliant ideas. She was very easy to talk to and very helpful and we went on to use lots of her ideas and intend to revisit for more when budget allows. 100% recommended!
