Location is great, however Orbit staff were dismissive to the point of being rude. So much so, we decided against buying from them.

New estate off Old Catton, Norwich. So new that nobody has moved in yet!

Fascia repaired not to a very good standard plastic knocked next to plastic strips gable ends have not had trims fitted yet will not let me add new photos

Went to see showhomes built well beware of room sizes one "bedroom" cannot fit a full length single bed in without blocking door, had to prove to salesman by laying on the floor to show! Says cannot use attic for storage (what else do people use it for) otherwise it will void the warranty, paying almost half a million pounds would like a bigger garden. By all means go have a look just to see for yourself.

Total waste of space customer service must be the worst I have come a cross if you ask them anything that they don't like they put the phone down on you 20 ims to get through few questions phone goes dead so quick to take your money my estate all pay maitence for grass cutting hedge trimming and weeding I have been here 3 years not once has the weeds been taken up it now over 4 months since grass has been cut grass between the two houses is now over 4 feet high orbit you should be ashamed of your srlfs disscustig I would never or recommend any one buy a house from orbit they are a joke
