I have recently used Draw My Plans UK for a large remodel of an existing property. Steve was very approachable, friendly and came with a lot of ideas around what we could achieve. A full survey was carried out and exact plans produced for a planning application. Steve was very consultative throughout and was on time and budget. Would absolutely recommend !! (Our planning application was successful)

A superb experience from start to finish!! Steve was extremely helpful and provided all the drawings for my large single storey kitchen extension and thanks to his wealth of design experience i now have the perfect kitchen. Highly recommended.

Steve is a fantastic, thoughtful and extremely diligent architect. A professional through and through. He will cater for all requirements and look to incorporate those needs as well as suggest alternatives.

An extremely personal, friendly individual who can be trusted to deliver, providing a valued service and desired outcome.

The design for ourselves included a first floor rear extension with a lift being installed to create two additional bedrooms, a new kitchen, a conversion in the basement to create a library, a bedroom expansion and a new en-suite, and creating a open plan kitchen, dining and living area. Outside there was a new summer house and patios in the garden, and at the front a new wall and railings.

Helped throughout with the plans, gaining permission, ensuring the plans all lined up with the regs, and taking into account the neighbours views such that the final submission met our requirements and in keeping with the neighbours views. Total engagement through the full lifecycle including with the builders.

Also will recommend highly trusted builders who he has worked with and developed long standing relationships.

Steve has been incredibly helpful throughout the whole process, nothing was too much trouble. Answers queries promptly and has given some great design ideas towards our 2 storey extension given us things to think about and not just drew what we imagined like we had experienced previously! Would recommend to anyone, you wont be disappointed!
